Privacy Policy
01 Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Prisiops, LLC (“ZonnyAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information obtained through our website located at zonny.ai (the “Website”). ZonnyAI provides AI-powered zoning intelligence as a managed service for municipalities, helping local governments streamline planning, zoning, and code enforcement through advanced language model technology.
We are committed to transparency in our data practices, particularly given that our clients are public-sector entities entrusted with serving their communities. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected through our Website. It does not govern the processing of municipal zoning codes, GIS data, variance records, or other government data ingested and analyzed through the ZonnyAI platform, which is subject to separate service agreements between ZonnyAI and each municipality.
We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy in its entirety to understand our practices. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us using the information provided in Section 12.
02 Information We Collect
We collect a limited set of information through our Website. The categories below describe the types of data we may obtain.

- First Name
- Last Name
- Work Email Address
- Municipality Name
- Department (e.g., Planning & Zoning, Building Department, City Administration, IT/GIS)
You are not required to provide this information, but we may be unable to respond to your inquiry or schedule a demonstration without it. We do not require account creation or user authentication on our Website.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Our Website does not currently deploy cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools to monitor visitor behavior. However, as with any web-based service, our web servers may automatically record standard technical information transmitted by your browser when you visit our Website. This may include:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address

This information is collected as part of standard server operations and is used to maintain the security and functionality of our Website.

- Google Fonts, which delivers the Instrument Serif typeface used on our Website
- Google Material Icons, which delivers iconography used in our interface
- Tailwind CSS CDN, which delivers the styling framework used for our Website design
When your browser loads resources from these third-party services, it makes direct HTTP requests to their servers. As part of this standard content delivery process, these third-party providers may automatically receive certain technical information, including your IP address, browser user agent string, and referring page URL. This data collection is inherent to how content delivery networks operate and is governed by the respective privacy policies of those providers, not by ZonnyAI. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Google and Tailwind Labs for more information about their data practices.
We do not currently use cookies, web beacons, or similar tracking technologies on our Website. We do not process payments on our Website, and no financial or payment information is collected.

As noted in Section 2.3, third-party CDN services used on our Website may independently collect certain technical data as part of content delivery. This collection occurs directly between your browser and those services and is not directed or controlled by ZonnyAI.
05 Data Security
ZonnyAI takes the security of your information seriously. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect through our Website against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We retain the personal information you provide through our Website for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business relationship, or as required by applicable law. When personal information is no longer needed for these purposes, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Automatically collected technical data, such as server logs, is retained for a limited period sufficient to support Website security and operational needs, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
If you would like to request deletion of your personal information, please contact us using the information provided in Section 12.
